Coconut pie
Ingredients
- 1 portion Sablé pastry
 - 250g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 125g unsalted butter
 - 125g Sugar
 - 1pc Egg (Large)
 
Coconut filling
- 30g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 100g Butter
 - 100g Sugar
 - 2 Eggs (Large)
 - 100-125g grated Coconut
 
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 1800C.
 - Prepare a sweet Sablé pastry
 - Whisk the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, then the flour and grated coconut.
 - Spread the dough and place it in a pie pan. Fill with the mixture.
 - Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
