• Basic baking knowledge;
• Willingness to learn and openness to feedback;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication with a pro-active, can-do and positive attitude;
• Reliability and discipline in day-to-day tasks;
• Ability to work well in a team and respond positively to guidance;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• A valid driver’s license;

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Visit bakeries and clients using our flour to listen to their needs and challenges;
• Support in resolving product issues by assisting in baking trials and test baking;
• Help at the training centre with baking sessions, general upkeep and preparation tasks;
• Participate in training activities, workshops, demonstrations, and bakery events;
• Be part of the technical team that helps improve flour use and product quality;
