Spinach pie
Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 glass of water
 - 100 g butter
 - 2 glasses of Blédor Pâtissière flour
 - 1 pinch of salt
 - 2 glasses chopped spinach
 - 40 cl of liquid cream
 - 4 eggs
 - Feta cheese
 - Pepper
 - Nutmeg
 
Preparation
Dough
- In a saucepan, heat the water salt and butter.
 - When the butter is melted, pour in the flour off the heat.
 - Mix with a spatula, then place the dough in a pan and spread it out with your fingertips.
 
Filling
- Spread your chopped spinach over your pie.
 - In a bowl, pour the cream and the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and a little nutmeg. Blend all together, then pour the mixture over the spinach. Place feta cheese on the surface of the quiche.
 - Bake your quiche for 30-40 minutes at 180oC until golden brown on top.
