Soft rolls (burgers)
Ingredients
- 1000g Blédor Farathas
 - 10g Salt
 - 550g Water
 - 10g yeast
 - 2.5g Improver
 - 60g Sugar
 - 60g Soybean Oil
 
Preparation
- Weighing: Weigh all ingredients separately.
 - Kneading: 3 minutes at first speed and 6 minutes at second speed, incorporating the fat at the end of process
 - Pointing: 10 minutes.
 - Division 65 - 75g.
 - Shaping: Roll in balls and place on a greased baking tray.
 - Fermentation: 90 minutes.
 - Baking: Spray with water and sprinkle with sesame grains. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200-220oC.
