Semolina Oundés
Ingredients
- 150g Blédor (gréo)
 - 400g Water
 - 5g Salt
 - 125g Sugar
 - 25g Fat
 - 3 Cardamom seeds
 - 1 Cinnamon stick
 - 50g Coconut powder
 
Preparation
- Lightly toast the semolina in a wok.
 - Combine water, sugar, fat, cinnamon stick, and cardamom seeds in a saucepan.
 - Bring the liquid mixture to a boil and reduce the heat.
 - Gradually add the semolina, stirring continuously and remove from heat.
 - Mix and remove from the fire.
 - Leave to cool.
 - Shape into small balls and roll in coconut powder.
