Cheese sticks
Ingredients
- 300g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 100g Margarine
 - 100g Grated Cheese (Cheddar)
 - 1 pinch Salt
 - 1 pinch Pepper
 - 5g Baking powder
 - 30cl Water
 
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients to obtain a soft but not sticky dough.
 - Let it rest for about 10 minutes, then roll it out to a thickness of 5 mm.
 - Cut sticks and place them on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C.
