Waffles
Ingredients
- 300g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 500ml Milk
 - 75g Sugar
 - One pinch of salt
 - 100g Melted butter
 - 2 Whole eggs
 - 10g Baking powder
 
Preparation
- Melt the butter and let it cool.
 - Whisk the eggs in omelette.
 - In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, melted butter and eggs.
 - Gradually pour the milk into it to get a fluid batter.
 - Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
 - Cook in a very warm wafer.
