Savoury crumble
Ingredients
- 100g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 75g breadcrumbs
 - 50g Cheese (Parmesan) Optional
 - 50g Butter
 - 30ml Olive oil
 - Vegetables to choose from: sausages, tomatoes, strawberries, pastry, aromatic herbs
 
Preparation
- Crumbles can be flavoured with all aromatic herbs: mixed herbs, oregano, parsley, basil etc.
 - Carefully mix the ingredients from the fingertips to get a sandy, rough paste.
 - Keep cool and sprinkle on the chosen basis.
 - Cook in a preheated oven (150oC) for 20 to 25 minutes.
