Sablé (sugar crust) pastry
Ingredients
- 500g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 125g Icing sugar
 - 200g Butter or margarine
 - 1 Whole egg
 - 2g Salt
 
Vanilla or citrus zest to your choice
Preparation
- Sand the flour, butter, icing sugar and salt Add the eggs.
 - Mix and set aside in the fridge for an hour
 - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 2100C.
 
You can flavour this dough by adding 20 g of vanilla or citrus zest.
