Quiche
Ingredients
Dough
- 300g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 150g salted butter
 - 2 Eggs (Large)
 
Filling
- 250g Liquid Cream
 - 5g Salt/Pepper
 - 2 Eggs (Large)
 - 10-15g Blédor Pâtissière
 
Preparation
Dough
- Mix the flour and butter into crumbs.
 - Stir in the eggs until thoroughly combined
 - Cover with a cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
 - Roll up the paste and place it into a round mould.
 
Filling
- Mix together the eggs, flour, salt/pepper and stir in the cream
 - Add the ingredients of your choice in the already moulded cake base.
 - Pour the cream over the dough
 - Cooking time: 45 minutes in an oven previously heated to 180°C-200ºC
