Cup cakes
Ingredients
- 200g Blédor Self Raising
 - 110g unsalted Butter
 - 125g Sugar
 - 3 Whole eggs
 - 10ml Vanilla Essence
 - 5g salt
 - 60ml Milk
 
Preparation
- Mix the butter and sugar until a creamy consistency is obtained.
 - Add the eggs one by one, then the vanilla essence.
 - In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
 - Then alternately add the flour and milk into the butter, sugar and eggs mixture, ending with flour.
 - Put into muffin pans and cook in preheated oven (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
 - Let cool on a grid and decorate with butter cream, fondant or chocolate, to your taste.
