Crepes (pancakes)
Ingredients
- 250g Blédor Pâtissière
 - 350ml Milk
 - 2g Salt
 - 50g Sugar
 - 2 Whole eggs
 - 40g Melted Butter
 
Preparation
- Put the flour in a large bowl with salt and sugar.
 - Add the eggs in the middle and pour the milk by stirring with a whisk to avoid clumps. Finally add the melted butter.
 - For cooking, spread circularly a large ladleful of batter in a frying pan . Cook on one side, then turn the crêpe and brown on the other side.
 - You can also make savoury crêpes. To do this, remove sugar.
 - You can also use whole flour, especially Blédor Pains Au Son flour.
