Ingredients
- 150g Blédor Self-Raising
 - 85g Sugar
 - 85g Butter (unsalted)
 - 1Egg (large)
 - 3g salt
 
Preparation
- Cream the sugar and butter together.
 - Add the egg and salt until fully incorporated.
 - Mix in the flour until you get a creamy consistency.
 - Spoon or pipe mounds onto parchment paper using two tablespoons or a piping bag.
 - Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC to 200ºC.
