Coconut Macatia
Ingredients
Dough
- 1000g Farathas Blédor
 - 10g salt 3. 15g yeast 4. 470g water 5. 3g bread improver
 - 150g Sugar
 - 150g Margarine
 
Coconut Filling
- 100g grated dry coconut
 - 100g Sugar
 - Water for binding
 - Vanilla essence by taste
 
Preparation
Coconut Mixture
Preparation: Mix the grated coconut, sugar, water and vanilla essence without melting the sugar.
Dough
- Weigh all ingredients separately.
 - Knead for 3 minutes on the first speed and 6 minutes on the second speed by incorporating the fat at the end.
 - Rest for 20 minutes
 - 4. Divide into 35g portions and shape into tight balls.
 - Relaxing: 10 minutes
 - Shaping: Fill with the coconut mix
 - Fermentation: 90 minutes.
 - Baking : 10 to 12 minutes, without steam in a preheated oven at 180°C-220°C.
