Chocolate chips muffins
Ingredients
- 200g Les Moulins Di-blé Or Blédor Pains au Son
 - 3 Whole eggs
 - 200 g Butter or margarine
 - 10g baking powder
 - 150g Sugar
 - 3g Salt
 - 75g Chocolate chips
 - 100ml Milk
 
Preparation
- Melt the butter or margarine. Beat the eggs, sugar, and milk until the mixture becomes creamy.
 - In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Then pour the egg, sugar and milk mixture over it and mix it thoroughly with a spatula.
 - Then stir in the melted butter and smooth out the mixture.
 - Leave to rest for 30 minutes before placing in individual moulds, previously lined with baking cases.
 - Preheat the oven to 2000 C and cook the muffins for 15 minutes.
