Chocolate cake
Ingredients
- 175g Self-Raising Blédor
 - 50g cocoa powder
 - 225g soft margarine (Slightly softened to facilitate mixing).
 - 175g Sugar
 - 4 Whole eggs
 - 15ml Water
 
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes with a high-speed blender. Add 15ml of hot water and mix for a minute.
 - Pour the dough into a buttered cake pan.
 - Cook for 55 minutes in a preheated oven at 160oC.
 - Unmould and allow to cool on a grid.
