1. 200g Blédor Pains au Son
2. 300g Blédor
3. 285g Water
4. 10g Salt
5. 15g Sugar
6. 15g Olive oil
7. 5g yeast

Preparation

1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl in the order in which they are listed.
