Bread with aromatic herbs in a breadmaker
Ingredients
Dough
- Les Moulins White Flour or Blédor Farathas
 - 285g Water
 - 10g Salt
 - 15g Sugar
 - 15g Olive oil
 - 5g Yeast
 - 2g Improver (optional)
 
Garnish
- Grated cheese, Onion, Garlic, Aromatic herbs: thyme, parsley, onion stems, fresh coriander to own choice
 
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in the bowl in the order in which they are listed
 - Start the Basic Bread Program.
 - If necessary, scrape the corners of the bowl during the first kneading process to obtain a homogeneous dough. When kneading, add the ingredients to flavor the mixture
