Banana Cake
Ingredients
- 200 g of Blédor Gréo flour)
 - 150 g of sugar
 - 3 ripe bananas
 - 50 g of butter
 - 10 g of baking powder
 - 1 pinch of salt
 - 10 cl of milk
 - 1 egg
 
Preparation
- Mix the flour, the baking powder and salt in a bowl.
 - In another bowl, mix the sugar, egg, melted butter and then the milk.
 - Crush the bananas in a separate bowl.
 - Incorporate crushed bananas to the previous mixture of eggs and mix well with an electric whisk.
 - Pour the fruit preparation into the dry ingredients and mix again.
 - Pour into a cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at y 180°C.
