Procurement Clerk

Profile

  • HSC Holder;
  • Diploma in Procurement or Supply Chain will be an advantage;
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in procurement or administrative roles;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Meticulous and organized;
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in Sourcing and comparing suppliers to ensure best value for goods and services;
  • Assist in Processing purchase requests and issuing purchase orders;
  • Assist in Maintaining accurate procurement records and supplier databases;
  • Assist in Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with the raw materials warehouse and spare parts store;
  • Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up on outstanding orders;
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and relevant regulations;
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports;
